RESERVATION POLICY

• Ithaki House accommodates maximum 5 people (adults & children in total)
• Proceeding with booking here is only a request for reservation. Confirmation and payment details will be emailed to you once the request is received.
• We accept bank transfers.
• Upon request we can supply baby necessities (crib, high chair, even toys!). Just let us know what you will need in advance.
• Minimum number of nights is 7. We may do shorter stays (fillers) so do email us and we will look into it!
• You can arrive any day of the week.

CHECK-IN CHECK OUT POLICY

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We understand that travel plans may vary, and we are always happy to accommodate earlier check-in and/or later check-out whenever possible (and at no charge), however we can confirm this only two days before your scheduled arrival or departure, as it depends on the schedule of our cleaners plus the travel plans of our next guests.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out Options:

If you require an early check-in or late check-out and prefer not to wait for confirmation two days before your stay, we offer the option to secure your desired time slot by booking the additional day(s) and paying the corresponding daily fee. This ensures flexibility and convenience for your travel plans while guaranteeing your preferred check-in or check-out time.

PAYMENT DETAILS

• A 35% deposit is required to secure any booking.
• The remaining 65% to be paid 60 days before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The deposit is non refundable.

It is strongly advised that you have adequate travel insurance for unexpected events that could affect your holiday.

• In the event that we need to close Ithaki for whatever reason prior to your arrival we will help you find alternative accommodation of a similar standard and offer you a holiday deferment or a credit note or a full refund.
• If we need to close Ithaki House during your stay, we will help you find alternative accommodation and will refund you the pro-rata rate for the period remaining.
• We will not be liable for any other costs whatsoever arising from this action.

SWIMMING POOL

• No children under the age of 18 permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision.  Use at your own risk.
• The swimming pool is safely isolated from the house with gates
• Our pool man looks after the pool twice a week

DOG POLICY

HOT TUB HIRE

• Hot Tub is an external hire and is available on request and depending on availability from our supplier. The cost is Euro250/7nights. We arrange Hot Tub hire on request during the months of December and March.
• Guests agree to the hiring company’s terms and conditions with regards to the hot tub use (terms & conditions click here)

LIABILITY

• Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the Booking and to the fullest extent permitted by law all warranties are excluded and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or special damages.
• We do not accept liability for any accident or loss from your car while on our premises, or the loss of valuables while left in the house.
• We will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond our reasonable control.
