Terms & Conditions

RESERVATION POLICY

  1. Ithaki House accommodates maximum 5 people (adults & children in total)
  2. Proceeding with booking here is only a request for reservation. Confirmation and payment details will be emailed to you once the request is received. We accept bank transfers as well as PayPal payments.
  3. Upon request we can supply baby necessities (crib, high chair, bath, even toys!). Just let us know what you will need in advance.
  4. Minimum number of nights is 7 except for the months of December to February when minimoum night stay is 5 nights.  You can arrive any day of the week
  5. Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out time is between 10 – 11 am. If possible we are always happy to accommodate earlier check-in and/or later check-out. Any early check-in/late check-out is always confirmed in writing.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  1. A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking.
  2. The remaining 50% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If cancellation is made less than 16 weeks before scheduled arrival the deposit is retained.
  2. For cancellations less than 8 weeks there will be no refund.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover in the event of cancellation.

SWIMMING POOL

  1. No children under the age of 18 permitted in the pool at any time without adult supervision.  Use at your own risk.
  2. The swimming pool is safely isolated from the house with gates
  3. Our pool man looks after the pool twice a week

DOG POLICY
