Holiday Home in Paphos, Cyprus — Between the Sea & Countryside

This was one of those stays we will never forget. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, incredibly well-equipped, and has breathtaking views.But what truly made this holiday so special was Christina. She welcomed us with a fridge full of local products and delicious treats, and throughout our stay she was always there with helpful advice and quick answers to every question. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made us fall in love with Cyprus.Leaving was the hardest part. We envy everyone who is just beginning their stay here. Christina is the perfect example that it’s not only the house that makes a holiday unforgettable, but above all the person who welcomes you. Thank you for everything!

Wow, what can I say!? I have stayed at numerous villas across Cyprus & hands down Ithaki is the best by far! Christina goes out of her way to make you feel welcome-we were blown away by the stocked fridge, hamper & charcuterie platter. I have stayed in villas that provide nothing not even water or toilet rolls, yet Christina provides everything you could possibly need. Ithaki really is a home away from home. The decor is very aesthetically pleasing, with lots of personal touches (including fresh flowers!) For me, the garden, pool & numerous seating areas were the icing on the cake. I used fresh mint in drinks, and with Cyprus potatoes & oregano with prawns. The sunsets are incredible & we enjoyed sipping a cold drink watching it! We had a lovely walk into Lysos & to a tiny little chapel nearby. The drive to Polis & Latchi is only about 15-20 minutes, Steni-10, nice if you want a wander! Christina truly spoilt us & we can’t wait to return to Ithaki 🥰

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ithaki House. The house itself is beautiful, spotless and equipped with everything (!!!) needed for a relaxing holiday. The sunsets and views are simply breathtaking and made our stay truly unforgettable.What made this experience even more special were Christina and Simos. Christina was incredibly kind, attentive and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. She also proactively shared recommendations and helpful tips about the area, which made exploring Cyprus so much easier and more enjoyable. You can genuinely feel how much care and passion they put into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable.Ithaki House truly felt like a home away from home. We created unforgettable memories there and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and magical stay in Cyprus. We sincerely hope to return one day. ❤️

Our holiday at Ithaki House – Boutique Holiday Home – in #cyprus was incredible. The experience started from the moment we booked. Christina, our host, was so helpful through the whole process of booking, sending us information so we could plan our activities and suggesting places to eat, artisanal workshops to attend, and places tailored to our interests etc. She even helped us during other parts of our trip to Cyprus, prior to arriving at Ithaki. Once we arrived, we were greeted personally by Christina, who by then felt like a long-lost friend. She left us with food, snacks, gifts, drinks and lots of information and support. We felt like we had walked into our home, as everything looked just like the photos and everything was perfect! Christina has created a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 ensuite bathroom home. It feels luxurious and comfortable, from the lighting, to the hotel quality linen, bedding and toiletries, the numerous comfy seating areas, yoga mats, games, thousands of films and TV programmes in various languages, a super well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, patio heater and of course the pool with a view to die for! We were treated to sunset virtually every night and the landscape in front of the pool is breathtaking all the way to the Akamas mountains/gorge and the sea at Latsi/Polis. The area around Ithaki House is as authentic as it gets. A beautiful 20 minute drive to the nearest town and the sea. Other wonderful drives to unspoilt Pomos and deserted beaches. The welcoming villages of Lysos and Steni and others all around nestled in the winding roads of the Paphos hills and of course the Paphos Forest on the doorstep, which we must return to explore even more as it is magical. By day 2 we already said we needed to return and I hope we will. We will never forget our fortnight at Ithaki House and you won’t either! Thank you Christina for sharing your Cypriot paradise with us!

By far the best airB&B experience we’ve had – the house and view is stunning. We found it such a relaxing place to be. Christina was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make our stay very special and we felt at home straightaway. We have wonderful memories of Ithaki House and would love to return.

This was one of the best weeks in the past year. All thanks to the wonderful villa in a stunning location and its amazing hosts. They made our stay in their home feel as if we were the most eagerly awaited guests. Everything was prepared for us! From a fantastic welcome board with fruits and snacks to towels for the dog. We had an amazing week at this place. We will definitely return! Thank you, Christina.

Totally amazing home. First of all. This isn’t a holiday rental, this is a home from home! Christina goes over and above to make you feel welcome and supply everything you need which is far more than you would normally get in a holiday rental or even expect. From the second we walked through the front door we felt relaxed. The home is comfortable, cosy and beautifully decorated. Who could ask for more! The home is in a lovely, quiet area with stunning views down to the coast and across to the mountains. We will definitely be back but next time for two weeks or possibly more! If I could score this home I’d give it 100/10.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Ithaki House and will definitely be visiting again…Christina and Simos go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The fridge is filled with food and drinks including wine and beer and the most amazing food platter is presented on arrival so arriving late is not a problem. Christina has thought of everything you might need for your stay including fresh cut flowers from the beautiful garden…the pool was easy to get in and out of very welcoming on a hot day…all the seating areas were amazing so much choice on where to sit for those beautiful views. For us it was a home from home and would highly recommend Ithaki House it’s Five stars from us

Ithaki house is just the most beautiful villa, in the most gorgeous peaceful and stunning area of cyprus. It has all you need for the most perfect holiday, lovely pool, stunning sunsets and every thing you need right there.. but what makes this different than other holiday lets is christina the host.. she welcomes you as family and you leave truly feeling part of the ithaki family.. she’s not in your space just in your heart and you truly feel spoilt and looked after. The Best By Far ! We had the most exceptional short break at Ithaki, It is wonderful! Clean, comfortable, quiet and with all the necessities you could possibly need.
