Great Food Gluten Free has been a hit with our Gluten free guests! It was a great pleasure to ‘discover’ Stephen as we did not expect to find such specialised freshly made products in our area. Following a long career in Hotel Management and Event Management, Stephen is now retired and lives in Cyprus. He loves cooking and now specializes in cooking gluten free foods. The products range from home made sweets and savory, bakes and artisan bread. Everything is made on the day and orders can be taken on any of the products for pick up from Argaka or from the village markets around Paphos where they always have a stall and selling.
Fiti village has been known for its own special style of weaving since medieval times. The textiles made in the village are known as “Fythkiotika” and stand out for their variety of design and rich colours. Examples of such textiles are exhibited in the museum where one can also see how they are made. You can also purchase Fythkiotika from the shop.
